The gorilla plate adapter is used in conjunction with the gorilla plate and is needed if customers are using our Z-Finder Pro with another manufacturer’s baseplate system and matte box. The gorilla plate’s holes are off center on the bottom and when attaching it to a tripod or another baseplate it offsets the whole camera lens so if you are trying to align the matte box; it isn’t going to align. The gorilla plate adapter slides into the hole on the bottom of the gorilla plate and centers the tripod hole. It comes with the stainless steel adapter and the screw. Click here to purchase.
